Your 16 hours per month are for ongoing operations support: building and tuning AI automations, optimizing your existing workflows and tools, training your team, and keeping your business ahead of the curve. We also support your other software systems and can coordinate with vendors on your behalf. Think of it as having a dedicated operator who knows your whole operation and is constantly looking for ways to make it faster, leaner, and smarter.

This is not project time. Retainer hours cover strategy, systems optimization, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.

Because with modern AI tools and our processes, we apply a true 10x leverage factor to everything we do. 16 hours × 10 = 160 hours of effective output — a full month of work. And we do it for less than the monthly cost of a minimum wage employee. The 16 hours isn't a limitation. It's the math.

Additional hours are available at $125/hr (founding clients) or $200/hr (standard rate), billed in 30-minute increments. Larger projects can be scoped separately.

We'll put every minute to work. If there's time left after your primary deliverable, we'll use it on other optimizations that move the needle for your business. If for any reason we can't find a fit, we refund in 30-minute increments — so if we complete 2.5 hours of work, you get a refund for the remaining 2.5.
